Birmingham is owed *at least* Ā£1.3B by its pension fund. Birmingham was never actually ābankruptā. It paid Ā£40M management expenses last year mainly to incompetent investment bankers who got only a 2% return on Brumās Ā£4.5B pension assets. john-clancy.com/blogsfromthebl⦠And itās likely
