Anyone booking a trip to France may want to consider the following. I had a £50 credit with Le Shuttle and a single trip credit with DFDS. Covid then a cancer diagnosis prevented me from travelling. DFDS said no problem the trip is still yours but Le Shuttle said no it`s expired
