But public opinion on many social issues has also shifted left! academic.oup.com/poq/article/85… journals.uchicago.edu/doi/abs/10.108… (Of course, "social issues" is vague and it's not a good survey question. Are we talking about abortion? Immigration? Legalized pot? SSM? Or what?)
