Hey americanair we’re on a trip to the US with you guys and we’re now being told we might have a 3rd cancellation of a flight.. we’ve had 2 already, had our bags lost and broken and 2 delayed. Customer care aren’t being helpful. Is this a normal practice or can you help?

Hey americanair on a trip to the US with you after having 2 cancellations 3 delays so far our bags lost & damaged. Customer care 100% do not care. Oh & on our latest flight we flew into DFW Airport in a sandstorm with our seatbelt broke & told our fault? No one wants to help!
