It's the 1st April already and I'm going to have a go at the #30DayChartChallenge this year! I'm fairly new to #RStats so using it as a learning tool (and certainly won't complete all 30 days). Looking forward to seeing all the beautiful #dataviz!

#Day1 OK, my first time posting to the #30DayChartChallenge and since I'm a musical theatre nerd I found some data on the types of performances in Australian performing arts venues (sadly musical theatre lost out to drama 😭😃)

#30DayChartChallenge #Day3 Flora and Fauna Red Parka is a small family business selling art by two local artists (one is my sister!). A while ago they started selling their Tasmanian animal and plant designs on socks and I wanted to know which design was the most popular.

I like Big Books! And I especially love the Outlander series by Diana Gabaldon so when I needed a quick chart for #Day4 of #30DayChartChallenge (Theme:Historical) this was the perfect topic - a timeline of the most fabulous historical fiction out there.

#Day5 of #30DayChartChallenge Slope Using the same data as yesterday I looked to see if the page count of the Outlander books (Diana Gabaldon) correlated with the time since last release - unsurprisingly it did!

#Day6 of #30DayChartChallenge Data Day: OWID An oversimplification of a complex issue - we're making good progress in reducing deaths from ischemic heart disease but not it's equivalent in the brain. More work needed!
