It's about time Self-efficacy got the attention it deserves. Bravo to Dr. Neil Gilbride for his great book - shorturl.at/i3inn and to Jon Hutchinson for the Mind the Gap Podcast - lnkd.in/eTCd64pY 👏 I used a leadership lens for my EdD and found it equally fascinating.

This is a cracking blog. FWIW, most of the most impressive leaders that I meet and see conspicuously *don’t* follow the Next Big Thing. They have conviction and are incredibly disciplined in focussing on execution of relatively simple (though not easy) ideas.
