Good to speak with senior officials of Caribbean Ministries of Labour ahead of Monday's #CLM2025 meeting with ministers in Guyana. We discussed regional priorities, labour market trends, continuing collaboration with ILO, including technical support, & preparations for #ILC2025.

Great discussion with members of the Guyana Trade Union Congress and Federation of Independent Trade Unions. We spoke about the importance of social dialogue and the need to keep up with the rapid pace of change, including on #AI, and ensuring workers have the #skills needed.
