Great to be at the FAIreland conference today with some really good speakers. Loved Willie McNab chatting about his role with Celtic u7-u12 academy & the 3v3 format they use & futsal at the younger ages in the club. This def springs to mind 😍

Loads of learning last week on block 1 uefa b in FAI HQ. Really good to listen to all Coaches & coach ed staff too. Looking forward to Block 2 in May ⚽️
