Yesterday I visited KEMRI-Wellcome Trust which has done ground breaking medical research in Kilifi since 1989. I met world class Kenyan scientists making life saving discoveries. A perfect example of 🇬🇧 🇰🇪 collaboration.

I visited Arabuko Sokoke Forest, an amazing biodiversity hotspot in Watamu Friends of Arabuko-Sokoke Forest (FoASF) with 🇬🇧 support from #DarwinInitiative and Biodiversity Challenge Funds have helped over 1000 local farmers grow indigenous trees, creating 128 local jobs. Their expertise is wonderful.
