Double presentation day for me on Tuesday 20th May. Up first, insights on implementing meaningful PE (with Juliet Paterson) followed by TPSR impact with young offenders in Europe (with UoG Research colleagues). Be great to see lots of you there 🇺🇸🌴🏫

As a parent who doubles as a taxi driver, coach, PA to my kids sporting endeavours this is very interesting. I often ask myself if they are doing too much. Maybe there is a sweetspot in this equation (time for homework, rest, chilling etc.). I’ll have a read!

100% online doctorate qualification with direct links to improving practice within your chosen context/workplace. The fees are pretty reasonable, too. Get in touch with Mark for an informal discussion.

I thought I had better mark the day I submitted my doctorate thesis with a post. It's a bit like scoring with 10 minutes to go; I still need to do some work to get the 3 points (viva pending). Big thanks to Dr Liz Durden-Myers and Prof Kiara Lewis for the expert supervision 🙏

Back at it this week after the Easter break and enjoying stepping back into some practical teaching with the University of Gloucestershire UOGSportScience PE students. Parkour, through meaningful PE approaches, seemed to go down very well.
