Attended the AHP professional body & trade union support worker meeting today chaired by Sue Johnson ๐ Wow. So much great work being done by every org' to assist development of support staff; not to mention the fab work nationally led by Gaby Ford Suraiya Hassan & colleagues

Was great to be visited by our early supported discharge team Salisbury Hospital this week and hear about their ideas for improving the offer they give to our patients and their careers as well as our staff. ESD reduces unnecessary time in hospital - a big risk to long term health

Gaby Ford Sue Johnson ๐ Suraiya Hassan You should be really proud of the difference you have made. Things have changed for AHP support workers due to the work you have done. Such a shame the changes that are underway nationally.
