We actually discussed this issue during a course I was teaching last week. Very sensible to improve cooperation (private-private and also public-private) to better deal with cyber threats.

I’ll be updating the lecture slide I have on politicians’ use of phones, emails and apps over the years. This is a good read about the collision between personal comms habits and national security.

His last book was good, about his diplomatic career. This one, about a much shorter period & a very different agency (albeit with the fact that Burns seemed to do more diplomatic work than your average CIA Director), will be different. But definitely looking forward to it.
