My actual thoughts on Israel vs. Iran: I don’t care. If they want to duke it out that’s fine. I only care so far as it affects US troops and further wastes my tax money. Our representatives have not voted to go to war with Iran, and we have no defense treaty with Israel.

If this continues, America goes de facto bankrupt and all tax revenue will go to paying interest on the national debt with nothing left for anything else.

Don’t worry guys. I have it on good authority, from all of the people who sold the war in Iraq, that Iran was developing WMD’s, the war will be a cakewalk and we will be greeted as liberators. I haven’t yet heard that it will be paid for in oil but I’m sure that’s all right.

I just introduced an Iran War Powers Resolution with Rep. Ro Khanna to prohibit U.S. involvement in the Israel-Iran war. This is not our war. Even if it were, Congress must decide such matters according to our Constitution.
