#educoach A5 Inviting the learner to define a learning focus, clarify its indicators of success, and identify the data that will help measure and monitor progress are ways coaches cultivate and motivate learning in teachers.

#educoach A6 Data for feedback conversations come from all aspects of our work--student work, teacher created work, our actions/behaviors in meetings, others' perceptions of us, our own observations, etc.
