Delta⁩ - Long day of int’l travel & we had itinerary issues. A BIG SHOUT OUT to Paolo and the team at MXP (Milan). They fixed the issues at check-in then personally delivered this handwritten note when we boarded the plane 90 mins later. THAT is exceptional guest service!
