Diddy's lawyer is moving for his release: "My proposal would be he be released today" on bond to live at his Florida home. Judge: "Is your proposal that Mr. Combs leave the courtroom and walk outside?" "That is my proposal."

Diddy is looking at a 2-year prison sentence, according to his lawyers. He's already spent 10 months in custody.

Cassie Ventura’s stylist Deonte Nash urges the judge to keep Diddy in jail pending his sentencing. "If he is released now, I have no doubt he will see it as yet another license to continue intimidating, threatening, and harming people who challenge or expose him."

Diddy’s lawyer Marc Agnifilo is still going back and forth with the judge about bail. The judge reminds Agnifilo of his own closings: “You full-throatedly told the jury that there was violence here. Domestic violence is violence.”
