"Micro electron diffraction: impact in protein science and chemistry" On September 13 Feb, ACD seminar was held at University of Copenhagen. Prof. Koji Yonekura (RIKEN SPring-8 Center/Tohoku University) was invited and gave a lecture. About 40 people participated in it on-site.

“Recent Research Exchanges Between Denmark and Japan” On 7 February, JARA was held at University of Copenhagen. During the event, lectures were held, and scholarship information was provided. After the seminar, participants gathered for a reception and enjoyed mingling.

On 11 March, a seminar organized by IVA, JSPS Stockholm Office, SJF and the Embassy of Japan in Sweden was held. Dr. Masato Sagawa (Daido Steel Co., Ltd.) gave a lecture and shared his experiences of inventing the sintered neodymium-iron-boron (NdFeB) permanent magnet.

On February 26th and 27th, two seminars were organized by the JSPS Norway-Japan Academic Network (NJAN) at University of Oslo, Hylleraas center. The seminars were conducted in a hybrid style, and attracted many participants both on site and online.

On February 28, the annual All Alumni Meeting in Finland was held at Aalto University. Interesting lectures related to scientific collabortation between Finland and Japan. Many thanks to all of you who participated!
