We are coming off of a great weekend of work with the gang! We get better every single day but there is no better way to close out the week than great Sunday groups!

Monday night we had the opportunity to help Carlisle Girls Basketball tip off their youth camp. Unleashed came in for 30 minutes of ball handling and finishing to get the girls rolling! One time for the hometown team and Carlisle Girls Head Coach/Unleashed Trainer Kelsey!

For the 2nd year in a row we were blessed to be brought in by Bishop McDevitt Boys Bball to run their camp. We had a phenomenal 4 days and 14 hours of work with 120+ rising 4th-8th graders. On Day 1 we set two goals…get better and have fun. A lot of each were accomplished!

Our summer Fridays are well spent with the St Theresa Lady Saints! This program has always been built on developing their players both in-season and during the offseason. We are blessed to be a continued piece of their development year after year!

We just wrapped up a fantastic week with Newport Boys Basketball. The improvement of this group was undeniable and we enjoyed every minute with them. Footwork, shooting, passing, communication, spacing, finishing, ball handling awareness, movement…we covered it all!

Cumberland Class of 2028 Nick Hamme has been on a beautiful development journey. Every time we see him he gets better. He has made significant strides in his shooting and aggressiveness. The best is yet to come!

Mechanicsburg sisters Charlie and Bailey have been hard at work at UP and their games have grown in major way! We have a history of starting with siblings at a young age and growing with them over the course of their careers. We can’t wait to see what the future holds!

When we are working with a player we always identify goals and what we are intentionally doing day in and day out to reach that goal. Goals aside, we make a real effort to get “lost” in the process knowing that the rest will take care of itself.

It was great having Class of 2029 Vivian Daniel back in from Delaware this week. She is a true student of the game who loves to work and loves to be coached. She is a top tier athlete that is going to excel in whatever she chooses to do but we love her on the basketball court!

Bermudian Springs sisters Lexi (28’) and Hannah (26’) have been w/ UP since their elementary years and have consistently improved every year. They are hard at work again this summer getting ready for next season and are each putting themselves in a position for a ton of success!

It was great having AJ Brown (28’) back in from New York for a great workout. Coming off a Freshman year playing Varsity, AJ has a relentless motor and every time you see him he keeps getting better and better. The next three years are going to be special!

It has been a huge summer of work for this crew & there are no surprises why the college offers and interest are picking up. Mo (Lancaster Catholic), Cole (The Hill School), Cam & Brooke (West York), Landon & Colton (Chambersburg) are setting the stage for a monster season.

Carlisle rising 8th graders Kassidy & Allie are coming! Every time we see them they improve but what we love most is they are working hard & improving on their own as well. Development is an all the time thing & they are putting the consistent work in to reach their goals!
