Had a great morning throwing at Youngstown state, I’ve spent the past couple months learning how to spin and nailing the movement and I’m glad the work is finally showing!

Couple clips from the past week, getting consistent over the 40 foot mark and continuing to work on my technique in the middle and through the throw.

Some practice clips from this week, really working on consistency in my technique and gearing up for outdoor season here in a couple weeks!

First week of official practice in the books, getting consistent in the 41’-45’ range as I continue to clean up my technique. The sky is the limit from here!

Loving the direction this season seems to be going in! Started slowing the throw down and worrying about hitting the right positions and the numbers are showing!

Won the first meet on my first throw with a 44’11” PR, scratched a big one on my second that was out near 48’.

Secured another first place in the biggest invitational of the year!! Didn’t have the best day still dealing with a bum ankle and in the cold but still managed to get a 42’10

Well it wasn’t pretty but that’s another 1st place, 40’6”. very wet and cold

This season hasn’t been quite what I’ve hoped for as I’ve dealt with ankle problems in both ankles but I’m starting to feel like I’m back to normal and hitting the big throws in practice again, confidence is getting back to where it was and I’m feeling a big meet coming up!

Well it wasn’t the big pr I was hoping for but I got back to where I was at the beginning of the season and that’s a big plus. I’m proud of how I battled back from injury but I know that I still have so much more to give and I know what I’m capable of. The road to 50 continues.

Exiting day in the gym as I finally decided to max out on hang clean! Got 225 up pretty easily and decided to go for 245 but didn’t get under it enough, I’m excited to see my hustle paying off in the gym and in the circle!
