Any time I see the name Mairead McGuinness I remember little Alan Kurdi and how McGuinness voted to stop rescue operations that would have stopped him washing up on a beach. This is her legacy.

Anyone that is aware of Alan Shatter's social media posts should never allow him anywhere near a committee or a television station. A deranged extremist

This has been a publiy well flagged problem for at least 5 years. FG and their surrogates deliberately allowed it to fester to preserve scarcity. They continue to drag their heels, under resourcing councils to collect the dereliction levy which they could have used since 1991.

Just in May FG senators voted against reforms to Derelict Sites Act, which would have also improved CPO process by making it easier for councils to register #DerelictIreland & #VacantIreland It would have also raised hundreds of millions for councils to fund CPOs & renovations
