5x 180’s with my left hand today, probably more than all of 2025 with my right.. It’s worth a try while I take a break from throwing with my right hand.

Working on dropping the shoulder a bit more and getting the follow through right. I have been working with Daniel Poole whom himself switched hands throwing.

Week 4 of throwing left handed. I’m currently putting in 4-5 hours of practice a day and spend about 1.5 hour in the gym each day. My throw is slowly becoming a bit more natural.

5 weeks in, ups and downs. Did manage to average mid 70’s on scolia for a few sets last night.

Think I’m on to something.
