Inflammatory cloacogenic polyp, described years ago, is a mucosal prolapse polyp of the ano-rectal junction. The lamina propria contains plentiful smooth muscle (arrow). PMID: 7337162.

This unusual-appearing pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma has a clear cell phenotype; we considered spread from a renal cell carcinoma and found loss of DPC4/SMAD4 helpful, as noted years ago. PMID: 10623651; PMCID: PMC1868651.

This sarcomatoid carcinoma of the gallbladder shows epithelioid and spindle cell zones. There is prominent necrosis in the low power image.
