Tyler Nelson (Tyler Nelson ) went from touching 88 to sitting 88 and touching 91 yesterday. With the PrimeReaction board, we were able to put him in different positions that fed into his varus front leg and forced him to start turning on different muscles to stabilize.

Using square1system to fill the gaps in how the nervous system perceives information. With a baseball player, the eyes and the ability to track the ball, and have the nervous system know what to do with the information is crucial. Makes pitches look slower.

“Overspeed auditory training.” WannaGetFast Set a metronome to a speed slightly faster than you can move, try to match it in the movement. Use an external cue to drive feedback, reflexive movement, and motor learning. Freakin sick.
