Yesterday I was invited to the opening weekend at SandWorld in Weymouth. I’ve never been before so took them up on their free offer. What an amazing place… the detail in the sculptures is insane. We need to support our local attractions so make sure you visit! #jurassiccoast

My latest prep work… Tragophylloceras Ammonite from Charmouth, Dorset. Probably the biggest and best I’ve worked on! #fossilfriday

I prepped this little Trago months ago after I broke it on the beach… I wasn’t sure what to do with it… keep/sell? šŸ¤” I couldn’t even be bothered to finish the matrix properly and left the rough chisel marks! The more I look at it, the more I want to keep it! What do you think?

A dream find on the beach today… appears to be a dragonfly wing! This reel really doesn’t do it justice. It’s been registered at the Charmouth heritage centre as these are very rare! Incredible to think how fragile these are and that it’s survived 190 million years of the
