Japan is opening its doors back up to individual tourism, after more than 2 years of closed borders due to the COVID pandemic! I haven’t been to Japan since 2019 and I can’t wait to go back! It will be my 8th time and Fukuoka is like my second home. 楽しみにしています！🇯🇵🗾🍱🎌

So excited to start my new job at @texaschildrens and BCMHouston. I will be helping to manage pediatric patients’ transfusion and anti-coagulation needs while on ECMO. Very happy to be back in academics where I can have direct patient contact and mentor/teach trainees.
