We were just a few weeks away from deploying into combat for the first time and I was faced with a problem. Do I hold my right hand man accountable or give him a break? What would you do under these circumstances? On Thursday I'll share what I did and the impact it had.

I posted a problem earlier this week. Here is how I handled the situation, and the lesson I learned from holding everybody, including myself, accountable. I hope this gave you something to think about, and, more importantly, something that you can use with your teams.
