Radiographic PNA in febrile infants is UNCOMMON but viruses are NOT! In this study of 568 febrile infants <=60 days: 3.3%(n=19) CXR + PNA 6.0%(n=34) CXR possible PNA More infants w/ possible or +PNA were positive for influenza (53%) or RSV (37%) compared to those w/o PNA (21%)
