Timothy Ash The EU stance on this has always been vexing, but it is now becoming self-harming as you say. Frozen Russian assets should obviously be transferred to Ukraine and Russian shadow fleet ships in the Baltic should be shut down. Without these actions, the EU has zero credibility...
