Our results about the impact of negative data sampling on AMP prediction are now on bioRxiv!

Benchmarks in antimicrobial peptide prediction are biased due to the selection of negative data! Due to the differences in methods used for sampling the negative data, benchmarks effectively compare apples to oranges. Read more at: academic.oup.com/bib/advance-ar… or in this thread 1/n
