‘Non motor’ is a marketing ploy like lifestyle medicine. I suggest we get rid of it and talk of ‘symptoms’ and only include those that have strong epidemiological/ pathological evidence linking them to Parkinsons disease like constipation and seborrhoea. Rub out the gimmicks!

Fahr’s Disease is a rare neurodegenerative condition marked by abnormal calcium deposits in the brain. It can cause movement disorders, dementia, psychiatric symptoms, and more. Most people have never heard of it— let's change that. #FahrsDisease #RareDiseaseAwareness #Parkinsons

We developed a new PSD-based approach to characterize tremor & cortical myoclonus. OT, ET, DT & myoclonus form a spectrum of movement regularity. Combined PSD features differentiate conditions and distinguish ET from DT.
