Peoria Notre Dame 61 Mt Carmel 35 - Irish roll into 2A State Title Game! Wonderful to see injured senior captain Kaitlin Cassidy get in the game for final seconds

Notre Dame wins state semifinal 61-35 over Mt. Carmel. Senior Kaitlin Cassidy, out all season with a knee injury, was able to enter the game in the final minute and help dribble out the clock. She called it a thrill to play in her final high school game at state.

The Lady Irish lost a tough game to a really good Nashville team to take 2nd place in the 2A state tournament. The Irish finish the season 33-5 record. Our seniors finish their career with a 117-17 record.
