Value-Based Project 4: PROM-Initiated Reviews: Empowering Patients, Improving Access, and Reducing DNAs. Led by Rebecca John, Clinical Nurse Specialist, Lymphoedema ABUHB. Outcome: PROM-initiated patient reviews improved access, reduced patient burden, and lowered DNA rates.

Value-Based Project 6: What is the cost of compression garments? Do staff know? Led by Catherine Gibbs, On-the-Ground Lymphoedema Educator, HDUHB. Outcome: Staff education reduced the cost of compression garments by £5 per patient. Well done, Catherine!

Value-Based Project 7: Can we improve the response rate to the National Cellulitis Improvement Programme (NCIP)? Led by Linda Jenkins, National Cellulitis Improvement Lead. Outcome: Using behavioural science theory, increased response rates. Exciting to roll this out further!

Value-Based Project 8: Self-referral into the service demonstrates the potential to reduce the burden for patients and DNA rates within NHS Wales. Led by Tammy John, On-the-Ground Lymphoedema Educator, CTMUHB. Outcome: Tammy piloted patient self-referral, which was well received!

Value-Based Project 9: Improving Access to Compression Garments: Piloting a Digital Request System. Led by Eleri Tossell, Lymphoedema Clinical Lead, PTHB. Outcome: Eleri piloted a new way for patients to request compression garments, with positive feedback. Well done, Eleri!
