This online community promises to be super cool. If you dig Citizen Math (Mathalicious (now Citizen Math)) lessons and want to be a member of this year's invite-only pilot group, I highly suggest signing up. Lots of great things planned. And most importantly, exceptional educators to collab with.

Will you be at NCTM in B’more? Here are some sessions I recommend: Thursday 2:30pm: @theresawills (108) 4pm: Kate Muelling (128) 4:30pm: ~Hedge~, @joelbezaire (136) Friday 8am: Steve Leinwand (156) 2:30pm: @me (248) 2:45pm: Carl Oliver (260) nctm.org/uploadedFiles/…

Got a tech rec? Citizen Math is creating a slew of new teacher-support vids and is in the market for a new interactive display. (Thanks for the memories, Prom. Board.) Does anyone have experience with displays from @samsungEDU (e.g. Flip), VibeBoard, BenQ North America, or Dell?

Great article this morning by Thomas Boswell thanking stephenstrasburg37 for everything he did for the Washington Nationals . On this rainy Saturday, I’d like to add my thanks as a fan. Thanks, #37! You brought joy to DC. You helped my mom through cancer. Bravo. #realfanssaythanks

I’m admittedly biased. But this is one of the best (and most respectful) approaches to math PD that I’ve ever seen. Thoughtful colleague discussions sparked by intentional questions. I share Heather’s pride in what Citizen Math developed for teachers.

Yeah!! Mother Hips made the Super Bowl. That is fantastic. (“Singing Seems to Ease Me”)
