Only one astronaut has went to the Moon, the International Space Station, and blasted into orbit on the space shuttle. In 2022, he also hitched a ride aboard the record-breaking flight of Artemis I. Read “Snoopy in Space” on the latest #ASQ: s.si.edu/3HS97yc

Grading finals & it's becoming woefully clear students do not have as firm an understanding of time as I presumed. Anyone have a good timeline app/timeline game I could use in the fall? I'm thinking Quizlet only an actual timeline like the NYT Flashback game. Tks #twitterstorians

The Ingrams were released in 1959, the struggle interrupted by the Red Scare. But, as Maude White Katz wrote in 1966 in Freedomways, the Black radical women laid the foundations for the 60s and 70s activism. We would benefit to remember that. Happy Mother's Day, Rosa Lee Ingram

Talking Market Garden on the official podcast of the amazing World War II Foundation. It was an honor to share the mic with my friend Chris Kolakowski and that fine soldier Colonel Tom Rendall.

Spent Monday going to DC and back so I could attend the final walk with WWII WASP pilot Dorothy Swain Lewis Arlington National Cemetery. Dot was a talented teacher, pilot, horsewoman, musician, and artist. She was incredibly kind and welcoming. I am grateful to have called her a friend.
