Patiently waiting for spring 😌🌷 Winter can be a quiet time for gardeners but there’s still lots you can be getting on with! Whether you’re buying seeds or giving your pots and tools a good scrub, use this quiet time to get prepared for the season ahead! 💐

Sweet peas! I always look forward to having an array of these beauties in my garden every year. I soaked my seeds in water overnight and this morning I put them into soil - eek! I’m looking forward to watching them grow Have you started yours yet? ⭐️😄

They’re called snowdrops for a reason! Their scientific name, Galanthus nivalis, loosely translates to 'milk flower of the snow', matching their beautiful appearance and dainty flower heads. Bringing a welcomed burst of greenery to winter, they’re a must in any garden! ✨❄️

Hey 👋 I have a load of these soundproofing boards - they are free to anyone that can collect them from LS27. Approx 6x4ft they come with freestanding bases too.

I consider myself a biscuit connoisseur, they are one of my favorite things in life, I've tried them ALL. But these are exceptional! The crisp mouth feel of shortbread, the quality of the dark chocolate, the light touch of orange. Holy shit I think I've found my favorites 😍

Went into #Aldi for a tin of tomatoes and came out with a tin of tomatoes and some heated hair rollers 😂 Pretty standard Aldi shop. Damn that centre aisle!

First customer at the farm for eggs this morning so I got offered these giants as they wouldn't fit in a box. Double yolkers apparently - get in 💪😋

Cyclamen are the heroes of our winter gardens, they provide such beautiful colours even throughout the coldest months. More than happy in a shady, sheltered spot and offering bursts of colour to the darker, dull patches in your garden. They remind me of delicate little fairies!✨

It’s almost time to get back out in our gardens and start planting in beds and borders. Adding organic matter to your soil will improve it's structure and can be extremely beneficial to your garden. Here are my tips on making your own compost at home! 👍🏻😊bit.ly/3IMSmWv

Much like Daffodils and Crocuses, Grape Hyacinths are a real nod to the changing season! These beautiful perennials come in all different colours (shades of blue and purple being the most common) and are great at creating a carpet of blooms since they multiply year after year 🌿

Husband and teen out of the house tonight so I don't have to cook for anyone! I can just eat random leftovers - so far I've consumed, a quesadilla, some potato wedges, a handful of nuts, a crumpet and some stewed rhubarb 😄 Feeling quite full, might not get to the ratatouille 😂

The threat of frost is slowly going away the closer we get to spring! Have you braved sowing seeds yet? I’ve started some peas, bunny tails and sweetcorn, plus my seed potatoes are almost ready to be planted out! Have you been busy in the garden? 🌱☀️
