Help us understand how inflammation drives memory formation in barrier tissues! Our lab at Boston Children's is recruiting a technician to learn at the interface of experimental/computational biology. Link to apply tinyurl.com/2p8bxayw and about us ordovasmontaneslab.com

Check out Jose Ordovas-Montanes covering the take-always from our recent preprint on viral memory in the nasal mucosa. These findings will help inform strategies to better develop barrier immunity to respiratory pathogens. We also find an undescribed epithelial subset, KNIIFE cells.

Curious about microenvironment #pH in tissue #homeostasis and #inflammation? We discuss pH sensing&regulation in the framework of homeostatic&inflammatory circuits and why immune cells may be key. Kudos to Stephanie Hajjar Harvard Medical School Boston Children's Trends in Immunology Cell Press

Officially launched in 🇧🇩 "A Global Pediatric Cell Atlas of the Nasal & Oral Mucosa". 1st participant took my glasses, 2nd my heart, in return for a swab. Grateful to the community, mothers & field team. Thanks to Boston Childrens, MIT & donor Chan Zuckerberg Initiative #SingleCellGenomics
