敗血症が骨格筋内の酸素勾配を減少させることを示した論文が、Journal of Vascular Research に受理されました。発症から1週間経過し萎縮筋においては、毛細血管・間質間の酸素勾配が減少し、酸素拡散の障害が起きていることを示唆しています。Fukuzaki et al. J Vasc Res 2025 in press; #hottalab
