I spoke up in a board meeting about staff reporting ill-treatment for raising patient safety concerns. Two directors (nursing & HR) said there was nothing to see here; that those staff "had grudges" against the trust. Not one other person supported me. Staff governors? Silent! 🤫

It is very stressful going through me, investigating the Hospitals records with my requests. I found out more false info, and poor communications, has I feel miss-led my complaint. That I have evidence of contradictions of the Hosptials with Police, and Hospital interviews! Sad!
