Not feeling it today, struggling to concentrate, fidgety, feeling a bit sore. Generally just “urghhhhh” even had a crisp butty at my desk, hungry but couldn’t be bothered. Just found my ADHD meds and other tablets in my pocket. Oh dear. At least that explains that then! 🤦🏻‍♀️
