Was a wonderful visit to CVL to catch up on the phenomenal work happening there, and to share my work on brain iron accumulation in the Detroit Aging Brain Study.

Useful perspective. There are differences in power & sample requirements for feasibility/reliability vs validation vs applied study. Power depends on sample size AND reliability. Invest in reliability to make our research feasible with smaller N without compromising validity.
