Thanks to the advocacy of Councilmember Kendra Brooks, Domestic Workers, Councilmember Nicolas O'Rourke, and so many other councilmembers, leaders, and partners, the POWER Act is now PASSED. This will expand protections for over 750k workers & make Philly one of the most pro-worker cities in the country.

The POWER Act passed unanimously today! It's a major victory for every worker who has ever had their rights violated, and it's a new model for every city that's ready to stand up for workers against Trump's anti-worker, anti-immigrant agenda.
