Soyinka & Abraham were aged 30, Nkosi 2yrs younger. William (philosopher) who likely wrote Nkrumah's Consciencism, went on exile in 1968 returning to Ghana only 5yrs ago. Nkosi had been granted a no-return permit to leave SA in 1961, never returned until 2001 and died 9yrs later.
