Burnout and moral injury research is moving forward . I am looking at outcomes - leaving profession, leaving the position, poor quality of care provision, and poor mental health. Rates are high and outcomes are not good.

Between Zelle and Venmo- hands down - Zelle much better. Waiting for money to move (sitting in Venmo hands making them interest) is not ok. Zelle money moves right away. Sooo much better than Venmo.
