March Madness math. With Florida’s win over Texas Tech the SEC now has a 62.5 percent chance to win its first men’s basketball national championship since 2013. An Alabama win over Duke would increase the odds to 75 percent.

There were 15 total games played between the top four SEC teams and Houston this season Here’s how those five teams fared in games against each other. Florida 6-1 Tennessee 4-3 Auburn 2-4 Alabama 2-4 Houston 1-3 You can add Duke, which went 2-1 against that elite competition.
