The "CCP Gaze" is the specter of Communist retaliation that every Chinese citizen faces, causing them to be hyper-aware of everything they say whether or not the CCP is watching. During Biden, the U.S. developed a CCP gaze. Today it has worn off, but universities still have it.

Many rural small towns in America are thoroughly taken over- by hospitals. Flyover counties bear the shields of Atrium and Novant. At some point this isn’t about health but about government/private collusion. We do need talent in health care, but do we need this many beds?
