for Chron's running series on media that depicts Texas, I wrote about how OFFICE SPACE wouldn't be the same movie if it wasn't filmed in suburban Texas circa 1998: chron.com/culture/tv/art…

For anyone interested, we have now updated the story w/ 3 audio clips: -claims about using guaranteed income databases to target certain voters -claims '22 election was intentionally "wrecked" (despite Rangers finding otherwise) -references to Nungaray case despite gag order

kim ogg is now saying harris county's 2022 ballot paper shortage was intentional & she implies it was rigged. despite a judge ruling otherwise, no witnesses at trial saying they couldnt vote & a criminal investigation by her own office that couldnt find evidence of election fraud

there was literally an entire trial to throw out the 2022 elections and nobody testified they couldn't vote and a judge ruled that even though the ballot paper shortage was terrible & inexcusable it didnt impact enough people to have made any difference in election results

jen rice (@jen_rice_) 's Twitter Profile Photo

the judge did order a new election in one harris county race that had a razor thin 449 vote margin but the argument had nothing to do with ballot paper
