It's long past time for the complete DNA sequences of all constructs used in preprints and publications to be shared in full. (just not for potential pandemic viruses) Also, deposit Addgene! If you wouldn't throw out error bars when analyzing data, best account for experimental noise when training models. FLIGHTED makes this easy, notably changing model performance. Also, scaling doesn't currently seem to hold in bio: data is limiting, not # of parameters.
