Our first committee member is Javier Villegas (Javier Villegas Salmerón), a Genomics Data Science - SFI CRT student at RCSI 🎉 Javi is working on characterising the molecular landscape of temporal lobe epilepsy on human and mice models at a single-cell level. [1/2]

Next up we have Kevin Ryan (Kevin Ryan), a Genomics Data Science - SFI CRT student at the Ollscoil na Gaillimhe | University of Galway 🧙‍♂️ Kevin is our speaker liaison and his PhD project explores the therapeutic potential of patient-derived cancer-associated fibroblasts (CAFs) as a source of neoantigens.
