Setting goals is key to success and happiness. Don’t let anything or anyone (including yourself), stand in the way. Robin Arzón said it best on a recent Peloton treadmill run (paraphrasing), ”if you want to be a faster runner, you just need to run faster!”. Wise words!

Today we lost a beloved ICON of bariatric surgery, Harvey Sugerman MD. Harvey was a passionate man who fought for patients with obesity, put science into our discipline, started SOARD, and mentored many outstanding surgeons. He loved his wife Betsy and his 4 children. RIP HARVEY!

Why is it that when a 2 year old is getting themself dressed, presumably there is a 50% probability of putting the clothes on backwards, yet the incidence of putting the clothes on backwards is 100%?
