Catastrophic flooding in Afghanistan is among climate emergencies that have been destroying lives around the world. Disasters like this will only become more common. The #ClimateCrisis not only triggers new displacements, but also makes life harder for displaced people.

🚨 Devastating floods in northern Afghanistan have killed many and left thousands homeless. Urgent needs include shelter, medical supplies, food and clean water. UNHCR Afghanistan is on the ground with partners, delivering emergency supplies, but more support is needed.
